"Dan was super communicative and made the process very easy to understand. Dan answered all of my questions and concerns and was responsive to all my communication. He made it easy to communicate with the landlord and made the rental experience as stress free as it could be. I would recommend anyone looking to rent in the Greater Boston area to work with Dan Keenan, you will not be disappointed with your experience."

"I had an amazing time working with Dan! Was super responsive to me, no matter what day or time I would text or call him. He was quick to set up tours for us to go on and always brought a copy of the listing to make sure I would have all the information I needed. He truly went above & beyond when working with me and I couldn’t have been more thankful during the stressful time of finding a new place. If you have the chance to work with Dan, do it!!"

"Dan made sure to respond quickly and answer any of my questions. He was able to find me a place to live and move into in about four days. Dan also made sure the process went smoothly and there were zero issues."

"I was overwhelmed at first finding an apartment. When I met Dan , he was extremely professional, courteous, and resourceful and if he was unsure of something he would reach out to the management team and get back time right away . He was very prompt when returning my message and always had a smile on his face. I could not have had a smoother experience getting the perfect apartment! The real estate field is lucky to have Dan! Thank you so much for everything!"

"Dan showed us an apartment in Eastie and was a nice guy, but lacks a bit of social savvy. He didn’t ask any questions about why we were moving or what we thought of the place; instead he ended with “what’s your credit score and monthly income?” We hadn’t even indicated an interest in applying! Our income/credit exceeded requirements and I understand this is necessary information for applying for an apartment, it was just really bizarre that he asked so abruptly. Maybe because of my age he thought I couldn’t afford it? Regardless, I think he needs to work on his professionalism and sociability with clients, as this put me off the listing. Also — the photos in the online listing were not of the listing he showed us, and so it felt a bit like false advertising."
